Blackbird Blackbird // Understanding
Blackbird Blackbird has got to be one of the hardest working musicians around at the moment. He is constantly releasing new tracks/collaborations/remixes, I literally can’t keep up with it.
This time he has released a free EP titled Rarities. It consists of tracks that didn’t quite make the cut for his recently released full length Summer Heart.
The track I’m posting is a slower, softer track with ties to R&B. The gliding synth chords nestled behind his layered vocals will have you playing this one a few times in succession.
Grab the EP off his Bandcamp. While you’re there you should buy his full length for 10 bucks. I’m hanging out for the cassette release which should be out on Wonder Beard Tapes by September.

En la última colección masculina, McQueen presentaba un hombre que quería pasar desapercibido a los ojos de los burgueses..
A el le hubiese sido imposible pasar desapercibido...
el más enfant terrible del mundo de la moda ha muerto.
Aún estoy en shock.. y da miedo y frío..
un diseñador y artista que creó creatividad.. innovó y rompió..
Para mi es un lujo el poder haber trabajado en su equipo...
y les mando mi más profundo pésame a la familia de Lee.. a la de sangre y a la de trabajo..
porque me encanta haber dibujado, salido, comido, bebido, pintado, fotocopiado, buscado, pensado, sufrido, reído, desayunado, cosido, cenado, escrito, merendado, divertido, fotocopiado, publicado, llorado, ... conociendo gente fantástica con él..
